Delivery / Shipment of your order:

Mail out option: Your Edition(s) will be shipped within 24 hours to the address provided in the "Ship to" section
Note: If ordered on the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day. (International - Surface - Mail orders can take up to 2 months - we advise the pick up option for these orders)

Pick-up option:
1) Mention your (expected arrival date) in the "Comment Box" provided.
2) Upon purchase, you will be sent a voucher that you need to present and exchange for your City Passport guide & card.
3) Please print out the voucher and take with you on your trip.
Note: We have found that in many cases customers have elected just to use their receipt to pick-up their order. This is the back up plan in case you forget the voucher that we send to you.

Refund Policy:

If you elect to have your City Passport shipped, your payment is refundable only if your order is cancelled prior to shipment. After this time no refund is possible.

If you elect to pick-up your City Passport at your destination, your payment is refundable less a $10 administration fee.
