You will need to present the coupon from the edition you ordered along with the selected program's card in order to access the supplier's offer. In some cases as in NEW for 2009 (see membership menu) you need only to present the card.

More about Orders for Mail out / Shipping:
Orders placed by 4:00 pm PST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday & orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday. Please take into account Holidays when determining your shipping method.
The mail out (ship charge) applied to your order may not be as billed and may have to be modified. We will adjust this portion based on quantity-weight and destination of the mail or ship out. You, of course are contacted in this case to confirm the overall order.
We recommend oversea / international orders choose the pick up option. Past orders mailed, can sometimes take up to 2 months to arrive - to our surprise. ***Air mail: Approx. between 1 & 2 weeks)
B. By Courier:
A rate is applied to the order however the order will be modified - client will be contacted per arrangement
ie: UPS or FedEx.

C. Pick up on arrival in the Destination:
You can pick up your City Passport or Self Drive Road Book at your destination. You will receive a voucher by email that you need to print off and bring with you. You can then exchange the voucher for your edition upon arrival in the destination / city at one of our Pick-Up locations listed on the voucher. We recommend this service for those ordering within 14 days of departure. (There is a $2.00 handling fee for this service.)
