Delivery / Shipment of your order:

Mail out option: Your Edition(s) will be shipped within 24 hours to the address provided in the "Ship to" section
Note: If ordered on the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day. (International - Surface - Mail orders can take up to 2 months - we advise the pick up option for these orders)

Pick-up option: Please call us with your travel timeline to state on your voucher. Otherwise you will be contacted by email or by phone (using the information provided on your order) and asked for your ETA (date of travel) which will be entered on the voucher that you will be sent by email. Along with the voucher, you will be sent the edition's list in order to start the planning & research for your trip.
Note: We have found that in many cases customers have elected just to use their receipt to pick-up their order. This will be just fine.

Refund Policy:

If you elect to have your City Passport shipped, your payment is refundable only if your order is cancelled prior to shipment. After this time no refund is possible.

If you elect to pick-up your City Passport at your destination, your payment is refundable less a $10 administration fee.
