Pick-Up Information:
If you are picking up your book(s) at your destination, please contact us with your ETA (Travel timeline) to state on voucher and refer to www.citypassports.com/EN/pick-up_locations/ for a list of pick-up locations.

Refund Policy:
If you have elected to have your City Passport shipped, your payment is refundable only if your order is cancelled prior to shipment. After this time no refund is possible.

If you have elected to pick-up your City Passport at your destination, your payment is refundable less a $10 administration fee.
