A. By Mail:

Regarding Orders:
Orders placed by 4:00 pm PST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday & orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday. Please take into account Holidays when determining your shipping method.
(NOTE** Additional charges may need to be applied & we recommend these orders (oversea) choose the pick up option. Past orders mailed, can sometimes take up to 2 months to arrive - to our surprise. ***Air mail: Approx. between 1 & 2 weeks)


B. By Courier:
A rate is applied to the order however the order will be modified - client will be contacted per arrangement
ie: UPS or FedEx.

C. Pick up on arrival in the Destination:

You can pick up your City Passport or Self Drive Road book at your destination. You will receive a voucher by email that you need to print off and bring with you. You can then exchange the voucher for your edition upon arrival in the destination / city at one of our Pick-Up locations listed on the voucher.  We recommend this service for those ordering within 14 days of departure.
There is a $2.00 handling fee for this service.
